Pure Technologies wins contract worth about US$5.8 million in Miami

CALGARY - Pure Technologies Ltd. (TSX:PUR) wins contract with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer worth about US$5.8 million to provide pipeline inspections and monitoring.

Calgary-based Pure, which provides technology for infrastructure inspection and monitoring, said Friday it will provide inspection and acoustic fibre-optic monitoring of water and wastewater systems to the Florida city utility.

"The head office of Pure U.S., located in Colombia, Md., has enjoyed a successful relationship with (the water and sewer department) since 2010." the company said in a statement.

"Pure U.S. has also recently established an office in Miami-Dade."
