Cancen pays $1.8M to buy oil treatment assets from Four Winds Energy Services Ltd.

CALGARY - Cancen Oil Canada Inc. (TSXV:COI) has struck a deal to buy oil treatment assets from Four Winds Energy Services Ltd. a private company based in Calgary.

The pricetag of Friday's announced deal is about $1.8 million.

Cancen said it has bought the Silver Valley custom treating facility in the Gordondale area of Alberta, including a treater, five storage tanks and other equipment to clean up oil-water waste from the oil and gas sector.

Cancen is an oilfield service company that provides specialized services to the upstream oil and gas industry in Western Canada, including crude oil treatment and fluid disposal.
