TORONTO - CardioComm Solutions, Inc. (TSXV:EKG) has struck a deal to raise $2 million in a non-brokered private placement of four million shares at 50 cents each.
The medical technology company's shares were halted on the TSX Venture exchange pending news.
CardioComm Solution's technology is used in products for recording, viewing, analyzing and storing electrocardiograms for medical diagnosis.
