The company said that it has created a new business unit that will combine some of its most innovative technology, including QNX embedded software, Certicom cryptography applications and its patent portfolio.
Webtech Wireless Inc. (TSX:WEW). Communication equipment. Unchanged at $1.90 on 2,108 shares. The Vancouver-based telematics company says a $1.1-million restructuring expense related to its research and development operations contributed to a second-quarter net loss at the company, which assists companies with tracking their fleets. Webtech also said sales didn’t reflect potential and that the company continues to investigate a previously announced diversion of funds from its U.K. operations over a period from 2009 to 2012.
