Judge Redfield Baum has decided that Phoenix Coyotes owner Jerry Moyes controls the team, but an even trickier question looms: Can the franchise be moved? Baum has given the two sides until June 5 to submit their respective positions and will give a decision as soon as June 9, when the two sides are due back in court.
