CALGARY, Nov. 6 /CNW/ - Keyera Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN; KEY.DB; KEY:DB.A) announced today that Wesley Twiss has resigned from the Board of Directors of Keyera Energy Management Ltd. Mr. Twiss served as a Director since 2003, during which time he made a valuable contribution to the organization. Keyera thanks him for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Keyera also announced today the appointment of Donald Nelson and William Stedman to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Nelson (a Director since 2008) and Mr. Stedman (a Director since 2003) join Neil Nichols and Michael Davies on the Committee.
