The CAW, who represents the grounds, maintenance and skilled trades employees, had reached a tentative agreement on November 6, 2009.
"We are pleased to have concluded a deal that avoids a disruption during the World Cup events held here and that is acceptable to the membership," said CAW National Representative Todd Romanow. "There is still a lot to be done to properly compensate the workers at Chateau Lake Louise."
The agreement is a two year deal retroactive back to February 1, 2009 and contains improvements to benefits, wages and some contract language.
