McMaster University MBA Program

#9 on the 2017 CB Reputation Index

The first business school in Canada to offer a co-op stream, McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business has continued to prioritize the program for students seeking practical work experience. Students participate in three four-month co-op periods where they can hone their management skills and gain valuable on-the-job insights. There are opportunities to specialize in streams such as strategic marketing or health services management, and students enrolled in the school’s BizX international exchange program can spend a term studying at various international partner schools. DeGroote recently launched a full-time cohort program, in which students attend classes with a small group Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 to 4:30; a part-time cohort program is set to launch in 2018. Full-time courses start in September.
