The University of Ottawa MBA

Telfer School of Management

Ottawa, Ontario

University of Ottawa MBA Program

Telfer’s program is designed to build core skills at the organizational, team and personal levels. Class sizes skew smaller, and collaboration among students is encouraged. The program-capping consulting project pairs teams of four or five with local and multinational companies for a 16-week period. Students have the option of undertaking a six-month part-time internship, or a four-month full-time placement at the end of the intensive one-year program. Both options are paid and count for degree credits. Telfer is also a big presence on the Canadian case competition circuit, playing host to the first annual Diversity and Inclusion MBA contest in 2016 and sending teams to the John Molson School of Business tournament every year. Classes begin in August.
