Saint Mary's University MBA Program

The Sobey EMBA covers similar material to that of the traditional MBA, and awards the same degree. However, in the EMBA classroom, discussion reflects the fact that each participant is already a seasoned businessperson in a position of authority. The program is spread over 18 months, and divided into four-semesters. Credit classes are held over a normal academic year from September through April. Each semester consists of four courses of 26 hours each, held on the Fridays and Saturdays of alternate weeks. In addition to coursework, the Sobey EMBA requires students to complete a Major Research Project and participate in an 8–10 day international trade mission where they represents local companies. The program begins in August.
