Drabinsky Final Argument - 6: The Myth of Fingerprints

“When the accounting five were given their indemnities, they must have known that there would have been no way for them to deny their own involvment. Their ‘fingerprints’ were over too many documents,” the defence argues. There is someone else whose “fingerprints” are all over the documents and that’s Garth Drabinsky whose handwriting is all over more than a dozen quite incriminating documents. I wonder how the defence will counter that argument?
