Grain higher, livestock higher

CHICAGO – Grain futures were mostly higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery was off 6.25 cents at $4.85 a bushel; July corn rose 6.50 cents to 4.3650 a bushel; July oats was up 1.25 cents at $2.0650 a bushel; while July soybeans gained .50 cent to $11.6950 a bushel.

Beef mixed and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle was off .40 cent to $1.1905 a pound; August feeder cattle rose 1.10 cents to $1.4215 a pound; while June lean hogs lost .15 cent at $.8167 a pound.
