Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Week of March 30:

GoDaddy Inc. – Scottsdale, Ariz., 22 million class A shares, priced $17 to $19, managed by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol GDDY. Business: A technology provider to small businesses and operator of the world’s largest domain marketplace.

Kornit Digital Ltd. – Israel, 7.1 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by Barclays, and Citigroup. Proposed Nasdaq symbol KRNT. Business: Sells digital printing equipment and inks for the printed textile industry.

ViewRay Inc. – Oakwood Village, Ohio, 4 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Cowen & Co., and Stifel. Proposed Nasdaq symbol VRAY. Business: Markets the first and only FDA-approved MRI-guided radiation therapy system. Originally scheduled week of March 23.
