Week of February 1:

BeiGene – Beijing, China, 5.5 million shares, priced at $22 to $24, managed by Goldman Sach, Morgan Stanley, Cowen & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol BGNE. Business: Developing cancer therapies.

Editas Medicine – Cambridge, MA, 5.9 million shares, priced at $16 to $18, managed by J. P. Morgan Stanley. Proposed Nasdaq symbol EDIT. Business: Developing gene editing therapies.

PLX Pharma – Houston, TX, 3.8 million shares, managed by Raymond James Maxim Group LLC. Proposed Nasdaq symbol PLXP. Business: Commercializing a delayed release aspirin.

Mapi Pharma – Nessa Ziona, Israel, 3.125 million shares, priced at $15 to $17, managed by JMP Securities. Proposed Nasdaq symbol MAPI. Business: Developing extended-release formulations of existing drugs.
