Gemphire Therapeutics – Northville, Mich., 3.75 million shares, priced $11-$13, managed by Jefferies/RBC Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol GEMP. Business: Developing a nonstatin therapy to treat high cholesterol.

Selecta Biosciences – Watertown, Mass., 4.25 million shares, priced $14-$16, managed by UBS Investment Bank/Stifel. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SELB. Business: Developing nanoparticles that modulate the immune system to enhance biologics.

Tactile Systems Technology – Minneapolis, 4 million shares, priced $14-$16, managed by Piper Jaffray/William Blair/Canaccord Genuity. Proposed Nasdaq symbol TCMD. Business: Sells at-home compression therapy devices for vascular swelling.

Twillio – San Francisco, 10 million shares, priced $12-$14, managed by Goldman Sachs/J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE symbol TWLO. Business: Provides APIs that enable developers to embed voice, messaging and video.
