Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Week of Oct. 10:

Avista Healthcare Public Acqisition – New York, 30 million shares, priced at $10, managed by Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol AHPAU. Business: Blank check company formed by Avista to acquire a health care company.

Azure Power Global – Madangir, New India, 3.4 million shares, priced $21-$23, managed by Barclays. Proposed Nasdaq symbol AZRE. Business: Indian low-cost solar power producer with 357 MW of capacity.

Extraction Oil & Gas – Denver, Colo., 33 million shares, priced $15-$18, managed by Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol XOG. Business: Oil and gas E&P operating in the Denver-Julesburg Basin.

Full Spectrum – Sunnyvale, Calif., 1.9 million shares, priced $7-$9, managed by Joseph Gunnar & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol FMAX. Business: Develops and sells products used to create private cellular networks.

Mammoth Energy Services – Oklahoma City, Okla., priced $15-$18, managed by Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol TUSK. Business:Provides oilfield services in the Utica Shale and Permian Basin.
