ADC Therapeutics – Epalinges, Switzerland, 8.2 million shares, priced $23-$26, managed by Morgan Stanley/BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed NYSE symbol ADCT. Business: Swiss biotech developing anibody therapies for cancers.

BioNTech – Mainz, Germany, 13.2 million shares, priced $18-$20, managed by JP Morgan/BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol BNTX. Business: German biotech developing individualized immunotherapies for cancer.

Frequency Therapeutics – Woburn, Mass., 6.7 million shares, priced $14-$16, managed by JP Morgan/Goldman Sachs. Proposed Nasdaq symbol FREQ. Business: Phase 2 biotech developing therapies for degenerative diseases.

MetroCity Bankshares – Doraville, Ga., 1.9 million shares, priced $14.50-$16.50, managed by Keefe Bruyette Woods/Rayond James. Business: Georgia bank focused on serving Asian-American communities in the Eastern US.
