Cancer Genetics Inc. – Rutherford, N.J., 1.65 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Aegis Capital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CGIX. Business: Offers personalized genomic tests to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
