Plains GP Holdings LP – Houston, 128 million shares, priced $22 to $25, managed by Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE symbol PAGP. Business: Owns GP interests in midstream energy LP Plains All American Pipeline LP.

Springleaf Holdings Inc. – Evansville, Ind., 20 million shares, priced $15 to $17, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol LEAF. Business: Provides non-prime consumer loans through a network of 834 offices and online.

Veeve Systems – Pleasanton, Calif., 13 million shares, priced $16 to $18 managed by Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol VEEV. Business: Provides cloud-based software solutions for the life sciences industry.

Voxeljet AG – Friedberg, Germany, 6.5 million American depositary shares, each representing 1/5 of an ordinary share, priced $13 to $15, managed by Piper Jaffray and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol VJET. Business: A leading provider of 3D printers and on-demand parts services.
