Proposed NYSE symbol WUBA. Business: An online classifieds marketplace serving local merchants and consumers in China.

Brixmor Property Group Inc. – New York, 37.5 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE symbol BRX. Business: Operates the largest wholly-owned portfolio of grocer-anchored shopping centres.

Container Store Group Inc. (The) – Coppell, Texas, 12.5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol TCS. Business: Only national retail chain of storage and organization products.
