Initial public offerings scheduled to debut this week

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Week of November 17:

Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd. – Airport City, Israel, 23.5 million ordinary shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol ADAM. Business: The world’s largest producer of generic crop protection chemicals.

Cnova N.V. – Bordeaux, France, 26.8 million ordinary shares, priced $13 to $14, managed by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CNV. Business: French and Brazilian e-commerce discounter spun out of retail giant Casino.

Neff Corp. – Miami, Fla., 10.5 million shares, priced $20 to $22, managed by Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and Piper Jaffray. Proposed NYSE symbol NEFF. Business: Lessor of industrial and construction equipment taken out of bankruptcy.

Neothetics Inc. – San Diego, 4.3 million shares, priced $14 to $15, managed by Piper Jaffray, and Guggenheim. Proposed Nasdaq symbol NEOT. Business: Biotech targeting fat reduction with an injectable formulation of an approved asthma drug.

Paramount Group Inc. – New York, 131 million shares, priced $16 to $19, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo. Proposed NYSE symbol PGRE. Business: Owns 12 premier office buildings in NYC, Washington, DC and San Francisco.

Peak Resorts Inc. Wildwood, Mo., 10 million shares, priced $9 to $11, managed by FBR Capital Markets, Stifel, and Baird. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SKIS. Business: Operates 13 overnight-drive and day-ski resorts in the Northeast and Midwest.

Second Sight Medical Products Inc. – Sylmar, Calif., 3.5 million shares, priced at $9 each, managed by MDB Capital Group. Proposed Nasdaq symbol EYES. Business: Sells camera-based retinal implants that restore partial vision to the blind.

STORE Capital Corp. – Scottsdale, Ariz., 27.5 million shares, priced $17 to $19, managed by Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol STOR. Business: Retail REIT formed by Oaktree Capital with 850 single-tenant properties.

The Habit Restaurants Inc. – Irvine, Calif., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Piper Jaffray, Baird, and Wells Fargo. Proposed Nasdaq symbol HABT. Operates 99 fast casual burger restaurants predominantly in California.
