Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Up eight cents, or 7.14 per cent, to $1.20 on 8.3 million shares.

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FM). Miner. Up 18 cents, or 3.78 per cent, to $4.94 on 7.4 million shares.

Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX:BTE). Oil and gas. Unchanged at $4.26 on six million shares.

BlackBerry Ltd. (TSX:BB). Wireless communications. Up 77 cents, or 7.71 per cent, to $10.76 on 5.4 million shares.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down four cents, or 2.44 per cent, to $1.60 on 5.4 million shares.

Companies reporting major news:

SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. (TSX:SNC). Engineering, construction. Up 82 cents, or 2.05 per cent, to $40.91 on 355,227 shares. SNC says it has signed a deal with Ottawa that will allow the engineering and construction company to continue bidding on federal contracts until criminal charges it faces are resolved. The Montreal-based company said Thursday that the agreement signed under the government’s new integrity regime recognizes its efforts to improve its ethics and compliance.
