Bankers Petroleum Ltd. (TSX:BNK). Oil and gas. Up 58 cents, or 27.88 per cent, at $2.66 on 6,846,386 shares.
Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Transportation equipment. Up eight cents, or 1.94 per cent, at $4.20 on 4,749,382 shares.

The consortium looking to take over Canada’s main stock exchange operator says it believes it can sort out qualms raised by the British Columbia Securities Commission in time for the deal to close by the end of this month.
Mitel Networks Corp. (TSX:MNW). Communications solutions. Down one cent, or 0.22 per cent, at $4.55 on 22,400 shares. Mitel says it is looking for growth in North America and despite uncertainty in the American economy. The company, which is already listed on the NASDAQ, recently began trading at the Toronto Stock Exchange.
