Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Transportation. Down six cents, or 1.58 per cent, at $3.74 on 2,442,263 shares. A lull in regional aircraft orders won by Bombardier Inc. may be nearing an end as demand is expected to heat up from U.S. airlines, industry analysts said Friday. The Montreal-based manufacturer last year received orders for only four regional jets and seven Q400 turboprops.
Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (TSX:IVN). Miner. Up 10 cents, or 0.94 per cent, at $10.72 on 1,087,114 shares. Ivanhoe has cut the price for a US$1.8-billion rights offering that it plans to help fund the construction of its Oyu Tolgoi project in Mongolia. The offering will allow shareholders to buy additional shares at a subscription price of US$7 or C$7.17 per share, down from an initial price of US$8.34 when the financing deal was first announced in April.
