Party City Holdco Inc. (PRTY), up $1.55 to $12.50

The party supplies retailer and wholesaler’s profit surpassed Wall Street forecasts.

Dollar General Corp. (DG), up $8.02 to $83.23

The discount retailer reported a larger profit and better same-store sales in the fourth quarter.

PHH Corp. (PHH), up $1.05 to $11.50

The mortgage company said it is starting a review of strategic options because of difficult industry and regulatory conditions.

Square Inc. (SQ), down 73 cents to $11.30

The mobile payments service reported quarterly results for the first time as a publicly traded company.

Nasdaq Inc. (NDAQ), down 40 cents to $64.97

Nasdaq says it will buy three options exchanges from Deutsche Borse Group for $1.1 billion.
