TORONTO – TD Bank (TSX:TD) says technical problems with its online investing platform have been fixed.
Spokeswoman Alicia Johnston says some stock symbols weren’t available in the “order entry” and “real-time quotes” features of the WebBroker tool.
She says the issues have since been resolved and the bank apologizes for the inconvenience.
Some customers were venting their frustration on Twitter, with @nazirji and @richmondhill007 both calling it “pathetic.”
The website has been “down all day” without explanation, tweeted @trader1002.
