The mining equipment sunemaker reported worse-than-expected fiscal third-quarter profit and revenue and issued lacklustre guidance.

SunEdison Inc., up $1.15 to $11.94

The solar energy and semiconductor materials company saw shares jump on upbeat comments from CEO Ahmad Chatila.

Medtronic PLC, down $1.57 to $69.98

The medical device maker reported better-than-expected fiscal first-quarter profit and revenue and reaffirmed its outlook.

Campbell Socpbup Co., up 76 cents to $48.53

The soup maker reported mixed fiscal fourth-quarter results as it deals with restructuring charges and a strong U.S. dollar.

General Mills Inc., up 79 cents to $57.61

The food company is selling its Green Giant and LeSueur vegetable businesses to B&G Foods Inc. for about $765 million in cash.


Tesla Motors Inc., down $2.12 to $245.57

The electric vehicle maker said it would reveal its lower-cost Model 3 electric car in March and will start taking orders then.

Five Below Inc., fell $3.52 to $34.49

The discount retailer reported disappointing second-quarter sales and provided a soft outlook for the current quarter.

Verint Systems Inc., down $2.95 to $48.72

The maker of software for analyzing intercepted communications reported positive financial results, but gave lacklustre guidance.
