Everyone can look good in a rising tide when business is great. It’s that inevitable time when you’re struggling that shows what you’re made of. So, what are great entrepreneurs made of? According to Bruce Croxon, humility is a big plus. “Good point, I never thought of that” is one of the most confident things you can say, according to Croxton.

During his keynote address at this summer’s PROFIT 500 CEO Summit, Croxon talked about how he chooses the people he works with, from partners to employees.
