What I recommend with any new habit is to start off slow. Practise once or twice a week, just so subconsciously you’re starting something that’s not going to be too much stress. Then just try to let it become second nature until the mental aspect catches up to the physical action. Because that’s definitely going to be the deciding factor of whether you will continue something.”
