Why she matters: A scion in the making
It’s been five years since Irving Oil had a member of the founding family in a senior role. The company went through two CEOs in that time. In June, it recruited Arthur Irving’s daughter Sarah to the C-suite. She’s appeared at the announcement of a $200-million maintenance project to a major refinery and launched several brand and charitable partnerships.
